Free: $0 / month (up to 50 calls per month)
Standard: $99 / month (tax included; 150 calls per month included, then $1.00 per additional call)
Pro: $199 / month (tax included; 300 calls per month included, then $1.00 per additional call)

Additional costs

On the Standard and Pro plans, calls beyond the number included are charged at $1.00 per call, with no cap. They are counted per calendar month and added to your next invoice.
Internet connection charges, borne by you.
If you use call forwarding on your own line, the call charges for forwarding, borne by you under your carrier contract. On mobile lines these are typically several tens of yen per minute and may fall outside flat-rate calling plans.

There is no set-up fee, joining fee or cancellation fee.

Payment method

Credit card (payment processor: Stripe).

Payment timing

Monthly in advance. The first payment is taken at sign-up, and subsequent payments are taken automatically each month.

Delivery of the Service

Available immediately after payment is confirmed. Call answering begins once you have completed your call forwarding configuration.

Returns and cancellation

The Service is the provision of a service, so returns do not apply.

You may cancel at any time from the console. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period in which you cancel, and the Service remains fully available until then.

Fees already paid are not refunded, including on a pro-rata basis.

System requirements

Console: the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Mozilla Firefox.
Incoming calls: fixed-line or mobile phone lines in Japan.
