Do you cover nights and holidays?
Yes. AI provides first response 24/7, 365 days a year, including outside business hours. You can review call content and summaries in the dashboard the next business day.
What happens with calls AI can't handle?
After hearing out the request, AI transfers urgent calls or ones that need human judgment to your team. Every call is transcribed and summarized, so even calls that were not transferred can be reviewed later.
Could AI commit to a contract or a price on its own?
No. Estaluna's AI is designed to never finalize a contract, a payment, or a legally binding promise on its own. Anything that needs a judgment call is routed to your team.
What does AI know about our business?
AI uses the company information you provide, including services, opening hours, and frequently asked questions. We can discuss the content and setup for your business.
Are calls recorded?
Every call is transcribed in real time, and a summary and tags are logged in your dashboard's call history afterward. Call recordings are kept for 90 days by default.
